• REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED EVENT
• $500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE WITH FINAL PAYMENT
• EVENT TIMES ARE 11 AM - 11 PM - EVENT MUST END AT 10 PM, EVERYONE OFF PROPERTY BY 11 PM
• DAY-OF-EVENT INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS
