$500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE WITH FINAL PAYMENT
EVENT TIMES ARE USUALLY 11 AM - 11 PM - EVENT MUST END AT 10 PM, EVERYONE OFF PROPERTY BY 11 PM
