We create and/or refine your master wedding-day timeline and keep the day moving according to plan.

We become the primary point of contact for your wedding-day vendors so you don't have to answer questions while you're getting married.
Ceremony Coordination
We'll organize your wedding party, coordinate processional and recessional cues, communicate with your officiant and DJ, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be.
Reception Coordination
From your grand entrance to dinner, speeches, dances, cake cutting and your grand exit, we'll keep the reception flowing according to your timeline.
Setup Oversight
We'll oversee your predetermined setup plan and assist with reasonable placement of personal décor, signage, guest books, favors and other small details.
Problem Solving
Something unexpected happens? DON'T PANIC!
We'll handle reasonable wedding-day logistical problems behind the scenes whenever possible so you can keep celebrating.

12 Hours of Wedding-Day Coordination
Your $1,000 package includes up to 12 hours of wedding-day coordination, covering setup oversight, ceremony, reception and scheduled departure.
Your exact arrival time will be determined based on your wedding timeline and vendor needs.
Need Us Longer?
Additional coordination time is available at: $100/hour
We'll communicate with you whenever reasonably possible before additional time is incurred.
